6:30pm Complimentary Hors d'oeuvres, 7:00pm seated dinner in Dining Room
$90 per couple includes a complimentary bottle of either red or white wine
Appetizers, dinner and dessert prepared by guest chef, Jeremiah Dick – Culinary Institute of America Graduate and Teacher – 5 yrs at State College HS and a local college. 11 yr culinary experience on the east coast.

Dinner Menu
Complimentary Hors d’oeuvres
Salad – mixed field greens tossed in a pomegranate-walnut vinegarette accompanied by Brie cheese, orange supremes, pickled beets, candied pecans and dried cranberries.
Entrees (choose one)
Syrah braised beef short ribs served with smashed red bliss potatoes and seasonal vegetables
OR
Spinach, sundried tomato with feta cheese filled chicken breast paired with a thyme and rosemary jus, red rice/lentil pilaf and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert Trio (all three served on the same plate to share)
Dark chocolate lava cake
Winter spiced ice cream
Seasonal fruit crisp
